Created a pony_options hash that contains options for the Pony mail gem. An attachment key is added to the pony_options hash if an attachment is present. The prior sent an options hash into the Pony gem within its method argument.
Recipient of the failed fax is notified by email that the 'to_number' attempted to fax the 'from_number
