Summary

add an Astro app under astro/ with Cloudflare Pages adapter + trailing-slash parity
port styles/components/pages + markdown content with TOC injection and draft filtering
add sitemap + robots parity and document migration contract in MIGRATION_PARITY.md

Testing

ASTRO_TELEMETRY_DISABLED=1 yarn build (in astro/)

Notes

build still warns about Cloudflare KV session binding and sharp runtime support; no functional impact for this static output
