Description
These changes introduce read_only and selective read_only functionalities to pyetm, as well as demonstrating them in the scenarios_with_excel workbook.
One question mark is whether these changes could lead to some confusion in the excel workbook, as the scenario for load will not be initialized in that example, as no area_code or end_year is set.
