Improve Configuration to Enhance Security

Hi,
I've made some changes to the configuration/exodus-lambda-deploy.yaml aims to reduce misconfigurations that could potentially impact application's security. These misconfigurations are detected by Checkov based on serverless-related rules.

Summary of Changes:

• Set the minimum TLS version for AWS CloudFront to TLSv1.2_2021.

Impact of Changes:

• Fix CKV_AWS_174: As a best practice, use recommended TLSv1.2_2021 as the minimum protocol version in your CloudFront distribution security policies to avoid using insecure protocols.

Testing:

• The changed files have been validated by SAM validate to ensure syntax validity.
