Removed `.codeclimate.yml`, Code Climate test coverage reporting from the GitHub workflow, and related badges in the README. Adjusted project configuration accordingly.
Updated pre-commit hooks (`pre-commit-hooks`, `yamlfmt`, `pyproject-fmt`, `ruff`, `mypy`, `poetry`) and dependencies in `poetry.lock` to their latest versions, ensuring compatibility and incorporating recent improvements.
