This program computes the windowed cross correlation
It was originally developed for the 
Department of Psychology, Copenhagen University.

It will install the command-line program "wcc".
To get help type wcc --help.
To get help on installation, look at the INSTALL file.

If you need a more permissive license,
or anything else to use this, please open an issue.
