Converts the complete Runpod changelog from September 2025 to April 2023 into Mintlify format using the
<Update>component. Each entry uses a date-based label (e.g., "September 2025") without version numbers as requested. The changelog is added to the Reference section of the navigation in docs.json.Trigger Events
