  • Updating the gas cost rules for modexp as specified in EIP-7883.
  • Implementing upper bound limits for modexp as specified in EIP-7823.
    • MODEXP precompile ends execution with EVMC_PRECOMPILE_FAILURE if the length of the base, exponent, or modulus is greater than 1024 bytes.
