Before merging I'd like to double check all the protease definitions (and add references). Furthermore I'd also like to look into the probability of a given enzyme cutting a valid cutsite because some sites are cut more often than others (note that this behaviour is reflected in the missed cleavages). I also want to add a (few) test(s) for the missed cleavage parameter in the digest function. Lastly I intend to add docs-test with some examples.
