  • add param to clap
  • fix windows compile error
  • add --relay-url impl
  • add --dns-resolve impl
  • add --dns-publish impl
  • add custom iroh-relay test
  • version bump + cratesio publish

without dns this doesn't work without internet access. added dns server config as todo before merge
