Summary

add TypeScript build config and scripts
port Express app and astrologer modules to TypeScript
adjust tests for default export
refactor aspects module with explicit interfaces for planets, orbs, and aspect results

Testing

npm test (fails: Preset ts-jest not found)
npm install (fails: 403 Forbidden - GET https://registry.npmjs.org/@types%2fnode)
