…ommit

so I made a simplified csv file with a just a few hurricanes.

Played around with the python geoplotlib package and was able to get a
working map with dots representing hurricane positions.

Created another Layer class that allows me to draw lines between the points.

TODO: analyze csv file to arrange hurricane positions into individual path array
and then feed in an array of path arrays into the Layer class.
to obtain data from NOAA by reading in CSV files from a FTP server.

TODO: implement Bokeh stuff, figure out winds and a few other
Hurricane attributes, tie everything together in Model class
Walkthrough Bokeh tutorials and Makes File with Pertanant Information
…data

Currently, the hurricanes start out white and turn red depending on the output
of the time scale.
I added some more hurricanes (all 2016) and had to fix the long coordinate
function in Hurricane.py because the coordinates might need to wrap around.

TO-Do:
find ways to add in more hurricanes without taking so much time
start on the additional cool features
