tailwind.config.js, vite.config.js, postcss.config.cjs 등을 ESLint 검사에서 제외
브라우저 환경에서 Node 전역(module)을 인식하지 못해 발생한 CI no-undef 오류 해결
애플리케이션 런타임 코드(src/)만 Lint 검사하도록 구성 안정화


          Fix: exclude config files from ESLint to resolve CI no-undef error
