Check out PyStan 3, it has py39 wheels. https://pystan.readthedocs.io/ Unfortunately the wheel building machinery here is broken (and has been for some time). |

Python 3.9 was released on October 5th, 2020.
The official multibuild supports building wheels for Python 3.9. So ideally this should be the only change required.
