DRAFT: Fix ListSamples and move to shared dir

Description

Addresses issues in https://github.com/stjude/sjpp/issues/1134. Restores the menu options in the box plot for non-gene terms. ListSamples and tests are now in #dom for other plots to use. Test with this box plot example.

If immediate fixes are needed, please merge into master.
