Sorry for the redundant PR here! A PR updating bindgen would be welcome! I do see that this one got errors in the Rust 1.63 build; if needed feel free to add |

This pr brings support for the new 6.13 features and also updates bindgen.
Main new features are:
I also updated bidgen to 0.71.1 which mostly brings improved safety around bitfields.
