Areas for Improvement:

Fix syntax errors and logical flaws in the DP solutions.
Ensure consistent variable naming and clear comments.
Remove unrelated code from the files.
Pay attention to indexing and parameter passing in recursive calls.
Test the code thoroughly to catch logical errors.
