这里是不是也可以提一下使用CreateAccount去创建用户呢？

3. 停止目前正在产块的SR节点；
4. 使用 SR owner 账号修改多签权限，调用 `AccountPermissionUpdateContract`(100 trx)，将witness权限授予给新 witness 账号；

注意需要开启多签功能，未开启时需要使用提案开启

5. SR 节点配置文件修改密钥为新 witness 账号私钥；
6. 重新启动 SR 节点进行产块。

注意! 一定要先停止目前正在产块的SR节点, 因为SR不能打包修改自己witness权限的交易，否则区块会验签失败，SR节点会被其他节点断开网络连接1小时作为惩罚。
