This PR adds
nano-stagedto run the biome formatter before a commit is made to avoid unnecessary CI failures because of unformatted code.It also moves up eslint from the package into the project root to allow project wide linting
Tried to get eslint running too but the task fails when used with
eslint --fix --as it doesn't want to commit empty changes?
