Thanks for the contribution @r0ml. Given that the @MainActor will become the default actor implicitly attached to all declarations, this change might not be necessary (or at least not in this form).

@JPToroDev @twostraws
I think we will need to do a clean up (or at least validation) pass for Xcode 26 & macOS 26. We should do so in a separate branch and only merge just before or at release imo.

In the mean time, I think we can close this PR
