Removes [highlight.js](https://github.com/highlightjs/highlight.js). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [highlight.js](https://github.com/highlightjs/highlight.js), [typedoc](https://github.com/TypeStrong/TypeDoc) and [typedoc-plugin-external-module-name](https://github.com/christopherthielen/typedoc-plugin-external-module-name). These dependencies need to be updated together. As the title says, I've also ran this project's tests and looks like most of them will run fine, a few didn't pass because of missing funds, I guess the test address on testnet ran out of funds.
Please, have a look, I've updated some packages with breaking changes but on my side looks like it is working fine.
