Gemini claims it's from the "CERN 360" project (often called the "CERN Street View"), which was a collaboration between Google Arts & Culture and CERN but I couldn't find any trace of it. I did find this: https://europe.googleblog.com/2013/09/street-view-arrives-at-cern.html but it's street view stills only.
I like this video because it's dynamic, going down the LHC tunnel at a quick pace, and because being in a tunnel with stuff close by they go past the camera quicky. CERN has other 360 videos but none of them are as dynamic. There's this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBrVCBCEVfk but it's only got a small slow portion in the tunnel.

It's a little surprising how few 360 videos there are. There's even less 180 stereoscopic videos except for adult content.
