Introduce a `forkable` flag in the catalog schema and UI, change the `saas-image` event payload to use `catalog_id` instead of the catalog name, and update all Ansible playbooks and roles to work with `image_definition` and the new flag. UI catalog selectors now filter only forkable items.
Rewrite `nomad_client_meta_list` as a map for readability and expand `nomad_tls_ip_range` to cover both 192.168.0.0/24 and 10.0.0.0/24 networks.
Support aarch64 platform for script_exporter variables.
Introduce `mimir_install_node` variable to toggle between single‑node and multi‑node setups. Adjust Nomad job count, MinIO image reference, and template selection accordingly. Add `mimir.yaml-singlenode.j2` template for single‑node configuration.
