Changes:

Properly detect missing shot instances from audio and plate products.
Handle track name with spaces properly
Code readability changes

report some of the changes from Resolve from Fix vertical align and report reviewable source feature. ayon-resolve#50
report some of the changes from Hiero from Improve create_shot_clip code readability. ayon-hiero#50

Testing notes:

TODO: need to be tested against Flame

Should work exactly as before.
