Haven't seen any recent activity on this project. I'm new to Swift from C# and the async features in Swift are currently lacking. I tried PromiseKit which isn't nearly as good as AsyncTask... Will be nice to eventually have native await support in Swift 4? but for now this will do the job.
Project is entirely converted to Swift 3. I had to remove the demo target as much of the code was missing. All unit tests are currently passing.
