Missing a few mandatory MDS items for WGS HeamOnc tests:
Specimen category (germline and liquid tumour)
Specimen.condition (for the available specimen)
Also, could you add another ServiceRequest for M89.109, with basedOn referencing this service request and move the Blood EDTA specimen over to this service request? (this is to mimic the TumourFirst/GermlineLate scenario in GEL).
Update values for Specimen.condition,category Create SR for Germline late scenario
Remove Specimen-BloodEDTA reference
Specimen.condition to ValueSet-UKcore-SampleState
Update Specimen.condition values
