Various fixes to SNOMED terms in examples and concept maps

  • Removal of semantic tag so preferred term is used instead of FSN
  • Correction to blood specimen codes used to match concept map
  • Change to the solid tumour type concept map to make this more accurate when used in Observations
  • Corrections to examples where codes were incorrectly used
  • Addition of SNOMED codes alongside LOINC codes in Structured Reporting examples, where equivalent codes existed.

From both ConceptMaps and Examples
