Building on #33, this PR provides functionality to produce reports about model distribution, marginal fuel mix, and forecast accuracy.
The intention is this "report card" can be used for internal model evaluation and externally reproducible validation of our models for partners.
This report is generated using a jinja2 template and plotly.
